Outdoor Fall Festival Event at Silver Springs Ranch

All day entertainment, kid’s yoga, games, face painting, balloons, bounce house, food and SO MUCH MORE!

Booth Space Fees: 10 x 10 without electricity $50, 10x10 with electricity $60. Payment is due with application.
Vendors must provide their own table and chairs.
All vendors must check-in Saturday morning, October 5th. Saturday check in will be 10:30AM-11:30AM Due to safety issues, arrivals after 11:30AM on Saturday morning may forfeit pre-assigned booth location.
Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after 11:30PM without permission of an event official and all vehicles must be moved no later than 11:30am.
SSR representatives require that all vendors stay open until 6:00PM. To prevent accident or injury any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a SSR official.
Vendors will have from 6:00PM – 7:00PM to pack up. All vendors must be off the grounds no later than 7:00PM.
Each vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.
Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application. A map and directions will be emailed one-two weeks prior to the event.
The event occurs rain or shine.
All vendor fees are non-refundable.
Vendor registration and Application deadline is September 20th, 2019! We cannot accept applications after this date!
