Outdoor Fall Festival Event at Silver Springs Ranch

Saturday, October 5th 12:00PM – 6:00PM

All day entertainment, kid’s yoga, games, face painting, balloons, bounce house, food and SO MUCH MORE!


Expo Information and Requirements: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  • Booth Space Fees: 10 x 10 without electricity $50, 10x10 with electricity $60. Payment is due with application.

  • Vendors must provide their own table and chairs.

  • All vendors must check-in Saturday morning, October 5th. Saturday check in will be 10:30AM-11:30AM Due to safety issues, arrivals after 11:30AM on Saturday morning may forfeit pre-assigned booth location.

  • Vehicles will not be allowed in the event area after 11:30PM without permission of an event official and all vehicles must be moved no later than 11:30am.

  • SSR representatives require that all vendors stay open until 6:00PM. To prevent accident or injury any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify a SSR official.

  • Vendors will have from 6:00PM – 7:00PM to pack up. All vendors must be off the grounds no later than 7:00PM.

  • Each vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash.

  • Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application. A map and directions will be emailed one-two weeks prior to the event.

  • The event occurs rain or shine.

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendor registration and Application deadline is September 20th, 2019! We cannot accept applications after this date!
